If you refer a hotel or hospitality business that becomes a client, you’ll receive a reward of $500 for each successful placement as a thank you for helping us grow and support the industry. It’s our way of saying thanks for spreading the word about our tailored recruitment services!

How to Make a Successful Client Referral

1. Introduction via Email:
   The most effective way to refer a new client is by making an introduction through email, copying roger.nevares@6dconsultingltd.com and the prospective client. This ensures a smooth connection and sets the stage for a meaningful conversation.
2. Suggested Email Template:
   Subject: Introduction to Roger Nevares from 6 Degrees

Hi [Prospective Client’s Name],

I wanted to introduce you to [Consultant Name], who specializes in leadership recruitment (HoD, ExCom, GM, Corporate roles) within Europe and North America.
Roger Nevares recently helped us/me with [brief description of how you worked together—e.g., finding top talent, filling critical roles, etc.].
I thought it might be valuable for you to connect with him for a call to explore how he could support some of the challenges or needs you’re currently facing.

1. What Happens Next:
   Once the introduction has been made, we will notify you when we receive our first active vacancy from the client you referred. This way, you can stay informed about the progress of the referral.
2. Receiving Your Referral Bonus:
   After each successful placement with the referred client, we will contact you to confirm how you would like to receive your referral bonus ($500 via bank transfer) or discuss your preferred charity for the $500 donation.

Client Referral Scheme – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   The referral scheme is open to all individuals, excluding current employees of 6 Degrees Recruitment and their immediate family members.
2. Reward:
   • Referrers can choose between a $500 cash reward (via bank transfer) or a $500 donation to a charity of their choice.
   • For internal referrals (i.e., clients within the referrer’s current company), only the $500 charity donation is available.
   • The reward will be issued once the referred client has successfully placed and paid for a candidate through 6 Degrees Recruitment.
3. Referral Process:
   • Referrals must be submitted through email and include 6 Degrees in CC.
   • Only the first individual to refer a specific client will be eligible for the reward.
4. Qualifying Referrals:
   • A qualifying referral must be a new hotel or hospitality business client to 6 Degrees Recruitment.
   • The referred client must sign a contract and successfully engage our recruitment services (defined as the successful placement of at least one candidate) within 12 months of the referral date.
   • Referrals of existing clients do not qualify.
   • Referrers can only receive the cash reward if the referred client is not part of their current company. Internal referrals are eligible for a $500 charity donation but not for a cash reward.
5. Reward Payment:
   Cash rewards will be issued via bank transfer within 30 days after the referred client has made full payment for recruitment services. Charity donations will also be processed within this period.
6. Referral Validity:
   Referrals are valid for 12 months from the date of submission. If no business is secured within this period, the referral will expire.
7. Tax Liability:
   Any tax liabilities associated with receiving the referral reward are the responsibility of the referrer.
8. Changes and Termination:
   6 Degrees Recruitment reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral scheme at any time without prior notice. In such cases, existing eligible referrals will be honored.
9. Disputes:
   In the event of any disputes regarding the referral scheme, 6 Degrees Recruitment’s decision will be final and binding.
